What is agency management? Agency management is a scaled down RPO model. It gives you one point of contact whilst providing access to a wide range of specialist suppliers, allowing you great market coverage for minimal time outlay.
How does it work? LUKA Technology acting as your sole recruitment partner build and maintain a comprehensive agency supply list. We engage with many specialist suppliers for each discipline and we tailor the supply list based on your business, so when a new role goes live we have agencies ready to commence the search.
